Information we receive

When you contact us, complete an assessment, request a service, apply for a programme or request course enrolment, you may provide your name, contact details, general location and relevant application information. A numerology request also includes the submitted birth name and date of birth.

How it is used

We use this information to understand your enquiry, assess suitability, confirm availability, respond to you and provide requested services. Birth information is used only to prepare and review the requested numerology report. We do not ask for passwords, identity documents or payment credentials through a public enquiry form.

Professional partner outreach

Partner information emails are limited to contacts with recorded permission or an existing relationship. We record the contact source and suppress an address permanently when outreach is declined. A publicly listed business address is not automatically enrolled in an email sequence.

Identity verification

Where identity verification is required for an approved partner application, documents will be requested only after initial screening through a separately confirmed secure process. Applicants should not email identity documents with the initial form.

Payments

Manual payment may initially be confirmed by Admin using the transaction reference supplied through the approved payment instructions. When a payment gateway is activated, it will be handled by the named secure provider. VastuLife Intelligence will not collect or store complete card, bank-login or UPI credentials through this website.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the email, hosting, communication, verification or payment services required to operate the website and deliver the requested service. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service, screening, record-keeping and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may withdraw consent to optional outreach, or request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, by emailing vastulifeintelligence@gmail.com, subject to applicable legal requirements.
